📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales performance tracking.,Oversee the organization and maintenance of the store, ensuring a clean and attractive environment.,Train and develop junior staff to improve their performance and contribute to the store's success.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customers.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes to maintain high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
