The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing the outlet operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet operations and ensuring smooth daily activities.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.,Support the outlet staff in achieving sales targets.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Proven ability to work well in a team environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus.,Familiarity with using POS systems is an advantage.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
