📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the PAP curriculum.
• Create engaging and interactive learning activities using storybooks, art supplies, and educational software.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and respected.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure consistent and high-quality education across all PAP locations.
• Document children's progress and share insights with parents and caregivers.
• Organize and participate in outdoor educational activities, such as nature walks and science experiments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development among the teaching team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in an international or bilingual setting.
• Strong knowledge of the PAP curriculum and educational best practices for young learners.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience with educational software and tools, such as Smart Notebook or iPad apps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
