📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise HSE activities in the mining operations, ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, procedures, and programs to prevent accidents and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
• Train and mentor staff on HSE best practices, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HSE initiatives into project plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HSE activities, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills, ensuring readiness for any contingency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the mining industry.
• Certification in HSE management systems, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent, is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in leading HSE teams and implementing safety programs in mining operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations, including PerMen ESDM and ILO conventions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in using HSE management software, such as SAP, QHSE, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with mining equipment and processes, including open-pit and underground operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a focus on continuous improvement.
