📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure they understand and uphold our company values and standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other promotional activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to use POS systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
