📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in managing customer relationships and follow-ups.,Maintain and update customer records, including contact information and purchase history.,Prepare and send out order confirmations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.,Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely delivery of orders.,Assist in the organization and management of sales data and reports.,Support the sales team in preparing for meetings, presentations, and trade shows.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and market analysis reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
