CV Maritim Surya Sentosa is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for helping businesses thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management to improve financial performance,Oversee the payroll process and ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax authorities,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Experience with financial reporting and analysis,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
