Smart Base Jaya is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and a passion for ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.,Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Prepare and submit monthly financial statements and reports.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Support the accounting team in ensuring compliance with financial regulations.,Assist in the preparation of payroll records and ensure timely payment of salaries.,Provide support in the preparation of financial documents for audits and tax purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
