📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of construction projects.,Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.,Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards and within the allocated timeframe.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and site workers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
