📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safety of passengers and crew on board.,Operate and maintain the vessel in accordance with safety regulations.,Plan and execute navigation routes efficiently.,Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to the route.,Handle emergency situations and respond appropriately.,Maintain and repair vessel equipment as needed.,Keep accurate records of vessel operations and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid Captain's License (STCW) or equivalent.,Knowledge of maritime safety regulations and procedures.,Experience with vessel maintenance and repair.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.,Familiarity with navigation software and tools.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
