📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
  • Support the finance team in the processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely payments and follow-ups.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance manager.
  • Assist in the organization of financial meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
