📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and manage branch finances, ensuring adherence to budget and financial goals.,Participate in branch planning and development activities, contributing to long-term success.,Represent the company at various events and meetings, maintaining a positive image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Bali.
