The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available when needed.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Provide support to the operations team in managing logistics and transportation needs.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or potential problems.,Collaborate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Experience with budget management and cost control is a plus.
