In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they leave with a smile. You’ll craft and serve artisanal coffee drinks using high-quality beans and premium equipment, while also being a key member of our team. With multiple locations across Bali, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and grow with a company that values both craftsmanship and innovation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks using premium espresso machines, including our signature artisanal brews.
• Assist in the preparation of pastries and other baked goods, ensuring they are served fresh and beautifully presented.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and ensure their satisfaction with every order.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including stocking supplies and ensuring equipment is in working order.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service between the café and bakery.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and processes.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the values of Bakery Felt.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or café staff in a similar role, preferably in an artisanal or specialty coffee environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members alike.
• Familiarity with bakery equipment and processes, including ovens, mixers, and pastry tools.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of ingredients and equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the café.
• Passion for artisanal coffee and baking, with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
