📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance according to established protocols.
• Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues and report findings to the supervisor.
• Maintain and restock amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the property.
• Assist with special cleaning tasks, such as deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning.
• Follow and adhere to health and safety protocols and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff alike.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and tools, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and steam cleaners.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
