📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Coordinate with management to understand HR needs and provide solutions.,Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the company's efforts in creating a positive and inclusive work environment.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
