PT Ratu Bintang is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and discipline.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Support the HR manager in managing HR projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience with recruitment and employee relations is a plus.
