📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.,Support the HR department in data analysis and reporting.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
