PT Cempaka Wardhana is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Staff to join our team. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. As an IT Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing our overall IT performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and networks.,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and regularly tested.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure seamless IT operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in network protocols and troubleshooting.,Experience with IT security best practices and technologies.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
