📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of the organization.,Manage the procurement process from vendor selection to contract execution.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms.,Monitor and analyze procurement performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Lead and mentor a team of procurement staff to ensure high performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
