📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing a team of tax consultants and ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax services.
  • Providing strategic tax advice to clients and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
  • Conducting tax audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in tax law and regulations.
  • Mentoring and developing the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of tax services.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • A degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Certification in tax consulting (e.g., CPA, CMA, or CTT) is a plus.
