📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct training sessions and facilitate learning activities to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and provide solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Monitor and report on the progress of learning and development initiatives.,Manage the learning and development budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Experience in conducting training needs analysis and developing training programs.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
