📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and specialized tests in clinical chemistry and immunoassays using automated analyzers and other laboratory equipment.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standardized protocols and quality control procedures.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Document test results, procedures, and equipment maintenance in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous process optimization.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical chemistry and immunoassays, with a focus on automated testing.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using automated analyzers and immunoassay systems, including Cobas, Sysmex, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and laboratory safety protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
