In this role, you will work closely with our team of skilled professionals to ensure that our clinics run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors to ensure that our clinics are fully stocked with the latest products and equipment. You will also be responsible for training and supervising our front desk staff, ensuring that they provide the highest level of service to our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clinics, ensuring that they meet all health and safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the clinic
• Manage and supervise a team of front desk staff
• Schedule appointments and manage client records using our in-house software
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic
• Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure that the clinic is fully stocked with the latest products and equipment
• Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they provide the highest level of service to clients
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare or beauty clinic setting
• Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high levels of customer service
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with healthcare or beauty clinic operations and software, such as Practice Management Software (PMS) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Valid CPR certification
