📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in merchandising and stock management to ensure optimal product availability.,Conduct regular store audits to monitor sales performance and customer feedback.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the management team.,Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
