PAHOME Customization Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at our Jakarta showroom. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding customers through the customization process. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that each piece of furniture perfectly matches our customers' vision and requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.Guide customers through the customization process, ensuring they understand the design options and materials available.Collaborate with the design team to create custom furniture that meets the specific needs and preferences of each client.Present and demonstrate our products to potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.Handle objections and overcome sales challenges to close deals and exceed sales targets.Provide accurate and timely information to customers about the status of their custom orders.Assist in the organization and maintenance of the showroom, ensuring it is clean, attractive, and inviting to customers.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as interior design, marketing, or a similar discipline.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the home furnishings or design industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome sales challenges.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to ensure that each custom order meets the client's expectations.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.Familiarity with the Indonesian market and a passion for home design and customization.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
