📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing training and support to junior team members.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
