📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the clinic
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 professionals including doctors, nurses, and support staff
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of service
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels
• Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for the corporate office
• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement and execute strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or beauty industry
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence
• Strong understanding of financial management and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
