- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence.

- Utilize CRM systems and reservation tools to manage guest data and bookings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and reservation tools.
- Willingness to travel and work in multiple locations.
- Valid SIM card and ability to work in a team.
