• Manage and configure dialer systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in dialer administration and campaign management.
• Proven experience with dialer systems such as Genesys, Avaya, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of contact center operations and customer experience management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
