📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting driving lessons and assessments using our fleet of modern vehicles equipped with advanced training tools.
• Providing personalized feedback and guidance to students to improve their driving skills.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs and curricula.
• Monitoring student progress and providing regular reports to instructors and management.
• Maintaining a clean and organized training facility.
• Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified B1 Driving Instructor with at least 2 years of experience in driving education.
• Proven track record of teaching and mentoring students in a driving school setting.
• Strong knowledge of driving theory and practical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with using driving simulation software and other training tools.
• Commitment to promoting safety and professionalism in the transportation industry.
