📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
• Handle front desk duties, including managing reservations and inquiries.
• Use our POS system and reservation software to keep track of reservations and guest information.
• Assist with table setup and cleanup to maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
• Promote special events and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Report any issues or concerns to the management team promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, such as host/hostess, receptionist, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic front desk operations and customer service procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using basic office software and tools, such as our POS system and reservation software.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.
