As an Immigration Analyst at Global Visa Solutions Indonesia, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex immigration laws and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze and interpret complex immigration laws and regulations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on immigration processes.
- Ensure all immigration processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with the law.
- Assist clients with visa applications, including work permits, student visas, and residency permits.
- Monitor changes in immigration policies and laws, and advise clients accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive immigration documentation.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on immigration procedures and policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration services or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian immigration laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with immigration software and tools, such as VisaPro or similar.
- Certification in immigration law or a related field is a plus.
