📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network support.
• Provide technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and resolving any issues that arise.
• Work with the IT team to implement and maintain our IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and software.
• Monitor and maintain our IT security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Document IT processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IT strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are always cutting-edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite, and VMware is a plus.
