In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and updating our company's legal documentation, conducting regular audits, and providing guidance on compliance matters. You'll also have the chance to work in beautiful locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, contributing to a vibrant and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update company legal documentation, including permits, licenses, and contracts.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with local and national laws.
• Provide guidance and support to departments on compliance matters.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of legal documents for permits and licenses.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to labor regulations and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and external advisors on complex legal matters.
• Stay updated on changes in legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal compliance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law and business regulations.
• Proficiency in using legal management software such as DocuSign, Clio, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with environmental and labor regulations.
• Certification in legal compliance or a related field is a plus.
